Halal logistics is aimed at how to distribute imported products to the customers world-per-economy. One of the reasons why logistics is important because of the beginning of the war the world needs good logistics distribution

JIDOKA


Jidoka is from Japanese Language which mean is Ji Dou Ka or the principle of stopping work immediately when a problem occurs. Jidoka have two means that are :
  • Otomation : change the manual process become machine process
  • Automation : change the manual process become machine process with the quality control automaticlly
Jidoka Usually define as 4 steps process when it appread an error that are :
  1. Detecting Error
  2. Stop the machine
  3. Fix errors immediately
  4. Finding the course of the problem and creat a solution
The purpose of Jidoka, are :
  • Change the cutting tools's machine
  • Check the product's quality
  • Replacing the engine oil production
  • Throw out burry and others
  • Do maintance practice
TPS (Toyota Production System) is a evolution in efficient business processes after the mass production system invented by Mr. Henry Ford

The goal of TPS are, have a best quality, decent prices and shortest lead time

Built in Quality (BIQ)
  • Maintaning the quality standards of production or services
  • The quality built or created in the process instead, not in improvement or next project
THE CONCEPT : A TRUE WORK PROCESS PRODUCE THE PRODUCT AS EXPECTED.
